Isaac was added in the Wrath of the Lamb DLC for the original The Binding of Isaac.Glass Cannon no longer reduces health on use, so it can be used against Isaac much more effectively.Glass Cannon can also provide a high-damage initial shot, but doing this is extremely risky due to Glass Cannon's additional effect of reducing health to one half-heart. Methods of doing this include saving up a large amount of tears with Anti-Gravity, waiting for Kidney Stone to activate before shooting Isaac, or placing multiple bombs and detonating them all at once with Remote Detonator. This can be exploited to make the fight much easier by dealing large amounts of damage in the first hit. Isaac does not begin attacking until he has been damaged.Every time Isaac is defeated, the current savefile's image changes until The Polaroid is unlocked.RC Remote - Defeat Isaac, ?, Satan, and The Lamb as Tainted Jacob.
