Then you probably have missed a little thing here or there for the 4 star going to 5 star when you did it again after a reload. this naturally annoyed me as when i reloaded the save and did the job again i got 5 stars that time. You need 25 IN A ROW 5 stars completed jobs to reach that max star rating.
Giving back PC to customer while it would have a BSOD if tested (could be many reasons, not stable once OC, not powerful enough PSU, again forgotten thermal paste, etc) Going over budget (even $1 over) on any RNG job (story jobs are different due to a poor workaround from devs to "solve" an issue they created themselves and are too lazy to solve. List of reasons that grants you a 1 star : I have been playing this game extensively from lvl1 to lvl30 (max level) and reached 5 stars as soon as I could and never had a job granting me 1 star for no reasons.
